Later this week marks International Women's Day, a chance to pause and celebrate the women who make such a difference in every industry, including ours. Across the sector, more women are building careers, leading teams and shaping the future of print.

The Women Behind Our Work

Within our CP family, women play an essential role in every part of the business, from print production and finishing to studio, marketing, dispatch, account management and finance.

Whether it's running complex jobs on press, preparing artwork for print, coordinating client projects, managing accounts or making sure every order leaves on time, their contribution is vital to everything we do. Much of what keeps us moving happens behind the scenes, and it is the skill, organisation and attention to detail of our team that ensures every project is delivered to the highest standard.

A Family Business Built on Its People

As a family-run business established in 1982, our strength has always been our people. The reason we have grown, invested and continued to evolve is because of the team behind it, including the brilliant women who help keep Carly Press moving forward every single day. Their knowledge and commitment shape the service we provide and the relationships we build with our clients. They are part of the reason we have been able to adapt, expand and continue investing in the future of our business.

Celebrating Women in Print

This week, we are celebrating the women in our CP family and across the wider print industry who:

  • Keep production running smoothly
  • Bring creativity and precision to the studio
  • Support and guide our clients
  • Ensure every job is finished to the highest standard
  • Keep operations, finance and dispatch flowing behind the scenes

International Women’s Day is about recognising progress, but it is also about continuing to open doors. Encouraging more women into print, supporting career development and creating opportunities within our industry is essential for the continued growth of print.

We are proud to support women building careers in print, and we are excited to see even more join and shape the future of our industry.
