What is the best format to supply artwork?

We, like most printers prefer a high resolution PDF with crop marks and bleed. Please see the “Creating Artwork” link from the above drop down list for a more detailed explanation for preparing print ready artwork.

What is bleed?

Bleed is a printers term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet BEFORE TRIMMING. In other words, the bleed is the area we trim off before presenting you with your lovely printing! It is impossible to print exactly to the edge of the paper so, to achieve this, it is necessary to print a slightly larger area than is needed and then trim the sheets down to the final size without leaving unprinted edges on the final job. What is the difference between litho and digital printing?
